I want to contribute to my clients health and well being and am always looking for ways to improve my work. In 2009 I obtained a bachelor in physiotherapy (Hogeschool van Amsterdam). I then firstly worked in private clinics, having worked in home care and as a massage therapist (chair-massage at events and companies), during my physiotherapy studies.
In 2011 I became a Pilates instructor in Brasil, where Pilates is widely practiced. I´ve been giving classes with pleasure, since. In 2018 I´ve concluded my Yoga teacher training.
In the past years I have taken several continuous educational courses.
My massage style is strong yet relaxing, i offer sports  & therapeutic massage but adapt every massage to your needs and whishes. I also give manual lymphatic drainage and may use reiki in my treatments. Other techniques from different massage styles and therapeutic influences are woven into treatments. Cupping available.
 I speak German, Dutch, English and Portuguese fluently, Spanish and French.

With over 15yrs of professional experience in health care, i´m certified in physiotherapy and Osteopathy (both at university level) and pecialized in the method of "Busquet". I have worked in hospitals, home care and sports rehabilitation in Argentina and Spain, before moving to Portugal. My treatments are holistic with special attention on upper member lesions, low back problems and postural alignment. I offer osteopathic treatments, therapeutic and sports massages, and exercise classes specifically targeted at: low back issues, surfers enhancement and general condition.

with certificates in therapeutic and sports massage, reflexology, face massage and lymphatic drainage (Faro, Cefad), i have been working as a therapist for the past 2 years. It is my joy to work with clients and to be able to help with pain relief and to see the results of my treatments, i.e. after a lymphatic drainage. I´ve recently started working with modelling massage techniques which help your body to eliminate fat with more ease and to regain muscle tone. for example after pregnancy or weight loss. ´I speak English, Portuguese, Russian and Ukranian and here to help you!

Telma, East Algarve

Passionate about body work, she holds a Phd in sciences of the sea, earth and environment from the Faro university, she chose the therapeutical work and studies as her second main interest. Telma started her therapeutical career in 2016 after having taken her first massage courses in Quiro massage, swedisch and deep tissue massage techniques. She then became a spa technician learning oriental massage styles such as Tui-na, reflexology, Shiatsu and Ayurvedic massage. She also has certificates and followed extensive courses in sports & therapeutical massage. She completed her Thai massage training in India. She offers lymphatic drainage since 2020. Telma has great communication and therapeutical skills and you can be sure to be in good hands!  Speaks English, Portuguese and some German.

Yoga came to my life while healing a cancer, back in 1998, while taking my degree in Biotechnology Engineering. Since then I've continued studying and practicing Yoga, Xamanism and other Healing and Expression Arts.

Since 2014 I've dedicated myself professionally to teaching Yoga, AcroYoga, Kids Yoga and Dance, working as a Coach as well. I like to make use of all the different tools from many "kinds" of Yoga, to serve specific purposes, as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Coach. From specific physical conditions or challenges, to habit integration and biohacking.

In 2016 I started working as a massage therapist, mainly with Thai and Ayurvedic, but also with the SPA derivative techniques, from relaxing or energizing to deep tissue and therapeutic massages.

Sílvia - Eastern Algarve (Tavira)

Sílvia is a Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist who has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for over 20 years. She did her 500 hr Yoga instructor course during 2 years, in Berlin (IYA). Followed by the Happy Yoga teaching program in Lisbon (50 hours, for children, pregnant and seniors). Recently she got her Ayurvedic therapist certificate from Brahmi Wellness in Lisbon. She offers nutritional advice sessions, counseling, therapeutic & relaxing massages. She started working as a Yoga teacher in Germany in 2016 and in Portugal since 2019.

Her native language is Portuguese, she speaks German, French and English fluently. Speaks Spanish and can communicate in Italian.
